Questioning for Learning Intervention

​This webinar helps staff with limited teaching experience make learning accessible for SEND pupils through well chosen questioning.

The approaches build independence, prompting pupils to think through challenges rather than being led through rigid steps, which makes learning more productive and builds confidence and self-esteem. By starting from a can-do position, setting the right starting point and pitching each step of challenge, SEND pupils come to value their own effort as they reason their way to understanding.

Before You Book

Please ensure you can attend the full course from a private, quiet space, remain on camera throughout, and join with a device that has a working microphone, front-facing camera, and stable internet connection. Your correct name must be visible on screen at all times. If you're unable to fully participate or meet these requirements, please rebook, as certification may be withheld.

Please also ensure that you review the accompanying document sent separately before the session begins.

If you haven't received it by the start of the week in which the training takes place, please get in touch. Late bookings will receive their link shortly before the session. If you have not received it by 9 a.m. on the day, please contact your consultant, as duplicate links typically cannot be issued once the session has started.
