1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Chester, Cheshire

£95-£110 per day (DOE) | Daily Supply and Long-term | Immediate Start Available

Simply Education is recruiting 1:1 Learning Support Assistants for our partner specialist schools in Chester.

If you've got the patience to build a real relationship with one young person and the skills to support them through a full school day, we want to hear from you.

What's on offer:

What the role involves:

• Dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP and complex SEND needs
• Implementing strategies from the individual support plan
• Supporting the pupil's academic, social and emotional development
• Helping build independence and confidence over time
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• Experience in a 1:1 SEND support role
• Patient, consistent and relationship-focused
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Knowledge of EHCPs is an advantage
