1:1 Teaching Assistant - Chester, Cheshire

£95-£110 per day (DOE) | Daily Supply and Long-term | Immediate Start Available

Simply Education is recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex SEND needs across our partner schools in Chester.

If you've worked 1:1 before, you'll know the difference it makes. We're looking for people who understand that and want to do it well.

What's on offer:

What the role involves:

• Dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP
• Implementing strategies from the pupil's individual support plan
• Supporting access to learning through adapted resources
• Helping the pupil build independence and confidence
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• Experience working 1:1 with children with SEND
• Patient, consistent and relationship-focused
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Understanding of EHCPs is helpful
