Simply Education is recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants for our partner SEND schools in Northwich.

1:1 SEND support is skilled, rewarding work. We're looking for people who take it seriously and want to do it well.

What's on offer:

What the role involves:

• Dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with complex SEND needs and an EHCP
• Implementing personalised strategies and support plans
• Supporting learning, independence and social development
• Regular communication with class teachers and the SENCO
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• 1:1 SEND experience in a school or support setting
• Patient, consistent and relationship-focused
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
