Simply Education is recruiting dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Gainsborough and the surrounding areas from September.

What You'll Do

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils in the classroom.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
• Work closely with teachers to meet individual learning needs.
• Help create a positive and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• A patient, caring, and reliable approach.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is beneficial but not essential.
