Rate: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Part-time, Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Hours: 08.30 -15.30 or 08.30 -12.30/ 12.30 -15.30

About the Role

Simply Education is currently recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in Newark and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with a range of part-time, supply and long-term positions to suit different levels of availability and experience.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child's educational journey. Working on a 1:1 basis, you will provide tailored support to help pupils access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Knowledge or experience of SEND is desirable but not essential
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete all relevant safeguarding and compliance checks
