About the Role
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative and challenging lessons that inspire children to achieve their full potential. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and motivated to succeed.
Working alongside experienced colleagues and an exceptional Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in maintaining the school's outstanding standards while contributing to its continued success.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence and a love of learning.
- Assess, monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using assessment data to inform future planning and targeted interventions.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and higher-attaining learners.
- Promote excellent behaviour and establish positive classroom routines.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings and professional development sessions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives.
- Maintain accurate pupil records and complete reports within agreed deadlines.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the welfare of every child.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has excellent knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and high expectations for all learners.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional education and training.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Has a genuine passion for helping every child succeed.
