About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons, encouraging students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4
🔹 Planning and delivering innovative lessons that inspire curiosity and engagement
🔹 Supporting students of varying abilities to reach their academic goals
🔹 Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
🔹 Creating a positive classroom culture that promotes learning and achievement
🔹 Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the department and wider school community

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
✔ Has experience teaching Computer Science within a UK secondary school setting
✔ Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for technology
✔ Has strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Is committed to providing outstanding learning experiences for students
✔ Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
