As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work. You will manage classroom behaviour, support learning, and create a positive environment where students feel encouraged and focused. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in teaching or education.

✨ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of UK classroom or teaching experience
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confidence in leading a classroom independently
• A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
