Simply Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors, Cover Teachers, and Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout the Buckinghamshire area.

Whether you're an experienced educator, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or an experienced TA looking for flexible opportunities, we have roles to suit your availability and experience.

Roles available include:
* Cover Supervisors (delivering pre-set lessons in secondary schools)
* Cover Teachers (qualified teachers covering classes across key stages)
* Teaching Assistants (supporting pupils 1:1 or within the classroom)

The role will involve:
* Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and key stages
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Delivering pre-planned lessons or supporting the class teacher
* Working flexibly across different schools

Requirements:
* For Cover Teachers - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* For Cover Supervisors - strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
* For Teaching Assistants - experience supporting children (school-based or similar)
* A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
