The Role

As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will:

🔹 Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
🔹 Inspire students to explore design processes, manufacturing techniques, and product development
🔹 Encourage creativity, independent thinking, and practical problem-solving skills
🔹 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive
🔹 Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement
🔹 Contribute to the wider success of the department and school community

We Are Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
✔ Experience teaching Design & Technology within a UK secondary school setting
✔ Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for practical learning
✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality education and achieving excellent outcomes for students
✔ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
