Early Years Practitioner - Grantham
Location: Grantham
Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Long-Term
Working Pattern: 2 Days Per Week

We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive setting in Grantham on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children during the early stages of their development within a nurturing and engaging environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant looking for a consistent 2-days-per-week position with an immediate start.

The Role:

• Supporting children within an Early Years setting
• Assisting with play-based learning and daily classroom activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working within an EYFS or childcare setting
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children's early development
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
