We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Education Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving and high-energy team based in Rochester.

You will play a key role in supporting schools across Medway and wider Kent, ensuring pupils receive consistent, high-quality education by placing exceptional teachers and support staff into roles that matter.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing relationships with primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Rochester and Kent
• Developing new business through proactive telephone sales, email outreach, and school visits
• Sourcing, interviewing, and registering education professionals
• Matching high-quality candidates to suitable teaching and support roles
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to successful placement
• Working towards and exceeding weekly KPIs, placement targets, and revenue goals
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to schools in your patch

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated by success and financial reward
• Confident communicating over the phone and in person
• Resilient, competitive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or education is beneficial but not essential
• A strong team player who wants to be part of a supportive and growing office in Rochester
