Graduate Teaching Assistant - Gravesend

Have you recently graduated from university and are looking to gain valuable experience within education?

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within a variety of primary and secondary schools across Gravesend. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or other education-based professions.

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, willing to get involved in school life, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities

• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation

• Helping to create a positive learning environment

• Supporting pupils with their academic and personal development

Requirements:

• Must have completed a university degree this year

• A genuine interest in working with children and young people

• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential

• Flexible and willing to travel to schools across Kent

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
