Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive primary school?

Simply Education is working with a friendly primary school in Gravesend seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team from September. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, during school hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to become a valued member of a dedicated school community.

The Role

• Full-time, five days per week
• September start
• Supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range
• Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher when required
• Working closely with teaching staff to help pupils reach their full potential
• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• A recognised HLTA qualification
• Previous experience working within a UK primary school
• Confident leading whole-class learning when required
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable and committed to working five days per week
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Willingness to complete all required safeguarding and compliance checks
