Contract: Full time (5 days a week)
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £95-£110

We are supporting and working with a highly specialised and nurturing school who supports children from age 11 to 18 years old who are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
Their students have a diverse range of learning needs, including Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). Many also experience communication, interaction, sensory, or physical challenges, such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, or sensory impairments.
The school are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a long-term role working from 8.30 am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday with the view that this would become a permanent contract.
The successful Inclusion Support Assistant with have the following qualities:
- Patient, resilient, and compassionate with a proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to safeguarding and pupil welfare. - Experience working with children or young people is essential, whether that be within a school setting or through a transferable role (for example, through sports coaching).
