KS1 Teacher - Loughborough

Do you love helping young children build confidence in their learning?

Simply Education is currently working with a friendly primary school in Loughborough who are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team from January 2027.

The school is looking for someone who can create a warm, stimulating classroom where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. You will play an important role in developing pupils' early reading, writing, mathematics and wider learning skills.

• Contract: Fixed Term

• Contract Type: Full Time

• Start Date: January 2027

• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Age Group: Key Stage 1

About You

You will be a nurturing and enthusiastic teacher with a genuine passion for working with younger pupils.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have QTS and relevant KS1 experience

• Understand the demands of the KS1 curriculum

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons

• Have a good understanding of early reading and phonics

• Establish positive routines and expectations

• Encourage independence and confidence

• Adapt lessons to meet individual needs

• Work effectively with teaching assistants and colleagues

• Communicate positively with parents and carers

Essential Requirements

• QTS

• Right to work in the UK
