KS2 Supply Teacher - Maidstone

Simply Education are looking for enthusiastic and reliable KS2 Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Maidstone from September.

This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy the variety of supply work and want the flexibility to choose when and where they work. We work with a range of primary schools, offering day-to-day and longer-term opportunities depending on your availability and preferences.

The Role

• Teaching across Key Stage 2, from Year 3 to Year 6

• Delivering engaging lessons and following school planning where provided

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

• Supporting pupils' learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment

• Adapting to different schools, classes and teaching styles

• Working collaboratively with support staff and other teachers

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recent experience teaching within a primary school, particularly KS2

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• A flexible and adaptable approach to supply teaching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
