The Role

As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you could be supporting children across a range of nursery and school environments. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Planning and delivering engaging activities
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a wider team
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the setting

We're looking for candidates who have:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working with children in an early years or school setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to adapt quickly to different settings
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
