Location: Sleaford & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Part-Time & Long-Term Opportunities

Do you enjoy helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential? Simply Education is looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a range of welcoming primary schools across Sleaford and the surrounding areas from September.

These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs. Whether you're looking for the flexibility of supply work, a long-term placement or a part-time position, we have opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to suit your experience and availability.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning activities.
  • Support individuals and small groups, helping pupils build confidence and independence.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and promote a nurturing learning environment.
  • Adapt resources and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
  • Has a caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young learners.
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Is confident working as part of a team and using their own initiative.
  • Holds a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Is committed to helping every child succeed both academically and personally.
