Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in education?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools across Hertfordshire from September 2026.

Whether you are an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker or someone looking to gain valuable experience within education, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
  • Helping students stay engaged, motivated and supported throughout the school day
  • Opportunities available in mainstream and SEN settings

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have a positive and proactive attitude
  • Are patient, caring and reliable
  • Have experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
  • Can build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Are passionate about education and supporting student development
