Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - South East London - September 2026
Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real impact within education?
We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools across South East London for September 2026 starts.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals who are committed to supporting students both academically and emotionally within the classroom.
Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, graduate, youth worker or looking to start a career in education, we would love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
- Assisting pupils with SEN, ASD, ADHD or behavioural needs
- Supporting classroom learning and engagement
- Helping students build confidence and independence
- Working closely with teachers and SEN departments
- Opportunities in mainstream and specialist SEN schools
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
- Are patient, resilient and supportive
- Have experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- Can build strong relationships with students and staff
- Are passionate about supporting learning and development
