Learning Support Teaching Assistant - Grantham & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: After Easter Break
Contract: Day-to-Day, Part-Time & Long-Term Opportunities Available

Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Teaching Assistant looking for flexible or long-term work in the Grantham area? We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools offering day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term roles starting after the Easter break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility, stability, or a pathway into a permanent role, while making a difference supporting pupils in the classroom.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Supporting children with additional learning needs, including SEN
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• TA qualification (Level 1, 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential
