Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Teaching Assistant looking for flexible or long-term work in the Sleaford area? Simply Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Sleaford and the surrounding villages, offering day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term opportunities starting in September.

Whether you're looking for the flexibility of supply work or the consistency of a long-term position, this is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in their learning while gaining experience across a variety of primary school settings.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Supporting children with additional learning needs, including SEN
• Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Adapting learning support to meet individual pupil needs

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or within a school setting is desirable
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Level 1, 2, or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
