Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - High Wycombe 🌟
A welcoming and supportive school in High Wycombe is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping young children thrive in their first years of education.
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
👶 About the Role:
- Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
- Assist with observations and tracking children's progress
✅ Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum 1 year UK experience working in schools
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
