Maths Teacher - Maternity Cover

Full Time

Salary: £130 - £190 per day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious Maths Teacher to join a supportive and high-performing secondary school on a maternity cover basis.

We are looking for a talented classroom practitioner who can inspire students across KS3, KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging lessons and driving excellent outcomes. This role would suit an experienced teacher who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3-5
• Plan engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students
• Monitor progress and provide effective feedback
• Work closely with a dedicated Mathematics department
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds QTS and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Has successful experience teaching Mathematics in secondary schools
• Is passionate about raising achievement and student progress
• Has excellent classroom management skills
• Is a positive team player with high professional standards
• Is committed to ongoing professional development
