Simply Education is excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in High Wycombe that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can bring languages to life in the classroom and inspire students to develop confidence in communicating across cultures. The school is looking for an individual who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping students achieve their full potential.

The Role

As an MFL Teacher, you will:

🌎 Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

🌎 Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing

🌎 Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love of languages and cultural awareness

🌎 Plan and deliver creative lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities

🌎 Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement

🌎 Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the success of the department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

✔ Experience teaching MFL within a UK secondary school setting

✔ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning

✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills

✔ The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities

✔ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
