Are you a Sports Coach looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to young people?

Simply Education is recruiting a Pastoral Behaviour Mentor for a specialist school in Ellesmere Port. This is an excellent opportunity for Sports Coaches, PE Coaches, Youth Workers, and Mentors looking to transfer their skills into education.

The Role

As a Pastoral Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
Build positive relationships and act as a role model
Help students develop confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours
Support emotional wellbeing and engagement in learning
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff

We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people
Sports Coaching, Youth Work, Mentoring, or similar experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient, resilient, and positive approach
