Pay: M1 - M6 (Dependant on Experience)

A lovely and supportive primary school in the Lincoln area is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher looking for a varied role, teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Both part-time and long-term opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during PPA cover.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, senior leaders and support staff.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils and support their learning and progress.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and a positive attitude across the school.

Ideal Candidate

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
