The Role

You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs, helping pupils who are typically working below age-related expectations to achieve their full potential. Working closely with therapists and a multidisciplinary team, you'll create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

We're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching Primary pupils (KS1 and/or Lower KS2 desirable)
• Experience supporting pupils with ASC, SEMH, SEND or complex needs
• A creative, patient and adaptable teaching approach
• Strong behaviour management and safeguarding knowledge
