Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: After Easter Break
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (5 days per week, with potential for permanent role)

Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time, long-term role in Early Years? We are working with a lovely and supportive primary school in Sleaford seeking a Reception (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a stable role within a welcoming school, with the potential to progress into a permanent position.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within a Reception (EYFS) class
• Assisting with play-based learning and early development activities
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or within a school setting is desirable
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting Early Years development
• Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
