School Caretaker - Spilsby

£15.00 per hour | Temporary, starting ASAP (possibility of permanent for the right person) | 4-6 hours per day

Simply Education is recruiting on behalf of a small primary school in Spilsby for a reliable School Caretaker to help maintain a safe, secure and well-presented site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general site maintenance, security and day-to-day upkeep of the school premises and grounds
• Open and/or close the school site as required, acting as designated keyholder
• Complete routine safety checks, minor repairs and liaise with contractors when needed
• Flexible part-time role, working approximately 4-6 hours per day
• Previous caretaking experience is desirable but not essential; similar experience (e.g. facilities, maintenance, or premises-based roles) is required
• Reliable, practical, and comfortable working independently in a small school environment

All candidates are subject to 2 years' referencing alongside a fully enhanced DBS check.
