School Cleaner - Part Time

Location: Quidenham, Norwich
Salary: £12.87 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm
Working Weeks: Term time plus 2 weeks

Simply Education are working with a specialist school in Quidenham who are looking for a friendly, reliable School Cleaner to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things clean, tidy and welcoming. You'll be helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for both pupils and staff across the school.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Cleaning classrooms, communal areas and bathrooms
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Dusting and polishing
• Keeping kitchen areas clean and hygienic
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Keeping bathrooms stocked and tidy
• Checking cleaning supplies and letting the team know when they need replacing
• Reporting any repairs or issues you spot

You'll be part of a friendly housekeeping team, but will also need to be comfortable working independently and getting on with your tasks.

Previous cleaning experience would be useful, but the right attitude and a good work ethic are just as important. First Aid is a bonus but isn't essential.

Due to the rural location, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
