Simply Education is recruiting SEMH Sports Coaches for partner SEND schools in Northwich. We're looking for coaches who understand that working with SEMH pupils requires patience, consistency and the ability to use physical activity as a genuine therapeutic and engagement tool.

What the role involves:

• Using sport and physical activity to engage and support pupils with SEMH needs
• Supporting emotional regulation through structured physical activity
• Delivering sessions adapted to individual needs and SEMH profiles
• Working alongside pastoral and SEND teams
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• Sports coaching background with experience of working with young people
• Understanding of SEMH and how it affects engagement and behaviour
• Calm, consistent and emotionally aware approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
