What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma and emotional dysregulation
• Delivering 1:1 and small group support using de-escalation and restorative approaches
• Helping pupils re-engage with learning and school life
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• Experience with SEMH, youth work, care or school-based support
• Non-reactive, grounded and professionally resilient
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• De-escalation training is a bonus but not essential
