SEMH Support Assistant - Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
£95-£110 per day (DOE) | Daily Supply and Long-term | Immediate Start Available

What the role involves:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma and emotional dysregulation
- Delivering 1:1 and small group support using de-escalation and restorative approaches
- Helping pupils re-engage with learning and school life
- Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams
- Following safeguarding procedures at all times
What we need from you:
- Experience with SEMH, youth work, care or school-based support
- Non-reactive, grounded and professionally resilient
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- De-escalation training is a bonus but not essential
