Job description
Simply Education are proud to be working in close partnership with a valued client to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEN/SEMH Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) in the Pwllheli area with a view to go full-time 5days a week.

About the role:
This is a part-time role, requiring you to work 2 days per week, delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects such as English, Maths and Science (lower level up-to GCSE).
You will benefit from very small class sizes of no more than 4 pupils, allowing you to provide highly personalised support and build meaningful relationships that positively impact each learner's progress and wellbeing.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with care, education, and clinical professionals to support the holistic development of each pupil. The school places a strong emphasis on creating a structured, nurturing environment that reduces barriers to learning and encourages personal growth.
You will play a key role in helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and gain the skills they need to succeed both in education and within their wider community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
- A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting young people
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH needs
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to the school's location)
