SEN Teacher Required - High Wycombe (Start ASAP)
Simply Education is currently supporting schools across High Wycombe and is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive team immediately.
Position: SEN Teacher

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals
- Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies where necessary
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
