SEND Support Worker - Macclesfield, Cheshire
£95-£110 per day (DOE) | Daily Supply and Long-term | Immediate Start Available
Simply Education is recruiting SEND Support Workers for partner specialist schools in Macclesfield.
If you've got a background in care, support work or education and you're looking to move into a school-based SEND role, we can help you make that transition.

What the role involves:
- Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs in a specialist school environment
- Delivering personalised support in line with EHCPs and support plans
- Helping pupils access learning, develop independence and regulate emotions
- Working as part of a specialist SEND team
- Following safeguarding procedures at all times
What we need from you:
- Experience in SEND, care or support work with young people
- Patient, adaptable and reliable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- School experience is helpful but candidates from care and support backgrounds are welcome
