Simply Education is building a strong pipeline of SEND Teaching Assistants ahead of September for our partner schools in Crewe.

What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs in a specialist setting
• 1:1 and small group support tied to individual EHCPs
• Helping pupils access their learning and build independence
• Working closely with teachers and specialist support staff
• Following safeguarding procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• SEND experience in schools, care or youth work
• Calm, consistent and reliable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant qualifications welcome but experience is key
