Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for flexible supply work across Gillingham?

We are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Gillingham. This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, meeting new pupils and working across different year groups and school settings.

The Role

• Providing high-quality teaching across different primary year groups

• Covering planned and short-notice absences

• Adapting quickly to different schools, classes and teaching environments

• Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' progress

• Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience working within primary schools

• Experience teaching across different year groups is essential

• Confidence adapting to different school environments

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

• SEN experience would be beneficial but is not essential

• Flexibility and reliability when working across different schools
