About the Role
Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with a school who are in demand for a committed SEN Teacher to deliver personalised, multi-sensory learning for students aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) through a nurturing, personalised approach.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher with experience in ASC/SEND to deliver high-quality teaching that inspires and supports every learner to reach their full potential.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Set and review personalised targets, tracking progress and celebrating success
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Contribute to EHCP reviews and key meetings that shape each student's journey
- Continuously develop your practice through ongoing professional learning
- Play an active role in shaping our innovative curriculum and school community
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A relevant Level 6 qualification
- SEN teaching experience (preferred but not essential)

You are a teacher who:
- Is passionate about supporting students with ASC and additional needs
- Brings creativity, patience, and flexibility to the classroom
- Thrives in a team-oriented, supportive environment
- Is committed to inclusive education and student-centred learning
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in a specialist or SEND setting, particularly ASC
- Proven ability to deliver a differentiated curriculum
- Confidence teaching across a range of subjects
