Location: Northampton

Salary: £30,900 - £44,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

Simply Education are working with a specialist alternative provision in Northampton that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join their team.

About the Role

You'll be joining a specialist alternative provision that supports young people who benefit from smaller class sizes, personalised learning, and a more tailored approach to education. The school provides a structured, supportive environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.

As a Teacher, you'll deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships, and help students overcome barriers to learning. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in creating an inclusive environment where every learner has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate and resilient Teacher who:

  • Holds QTS, QTLS, or is willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience working with young people within an educational setting.
  • Can inspire, motivate, and engage learners of varying abilities.
  • Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Understands the challenges faced by students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
  • Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting positive outcomes for every learner.
