Simply Education has an exciting opportunity for a Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with small classes, build meaningful relationships with young people, and make a genuine impact on students who thrive in a nurturing environment.

The Role

You'll deliver engaging lessons, inspire learners, and help students achieve both academically and personally. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll support pupils who require a more personalised approach to education and help prepare them for a successful future.

We're looking for:

• QTS/QTLS (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience teaching within a school environment (secondary experience desirable)
• Knowledge of SEND and/or Alternative Provision
• A positive, resilient and engaging teaching style
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
