Contract: Full-Time Supply (September - October Half Term)

Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Gravesend to recruit a qualified Teacher of Food Technology for a full-time supply position starting in September 2026 through to October half term.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food Technology teacher looking for a rewarding short-term role within a supportive department.
The Role
- Teach Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons.
- Full planning, preparation, and marking responsibilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables students to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Design & Technology department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has recent experience teaching Food Technology in UK secondary schools.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
- Can commit to a full-time role from September through to October half term.
- Is fully compliant and ready to start in September.
