Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Salary: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities
Contract: Day-to-day supply, part-time & long-term roles available

Full Day: 8.30 -15.30| Half Day 08.30-12.30/12.30-15.30

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in the Lincoln and surrounding areas. We have a range of opportunities available, including flexible day-to-day supply work as well as longer-term placements.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education, support pupils in the classroom, and work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings.

The Role:
* Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
* Work with individuals and small groups to support learning
* Assist with behaviour management and pupil engagement
* Help prepare learning resources and classroom materials
* Support pupils' academic and social development

What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
* Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
