What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our classroom, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions and moderate to severe learning difficulties. You will:

• Support pupils' learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, meaningful lessons
• Use positive behaviour strategies tailored to each child
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
• Play a key role in safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
