Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity this September?

We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Sittingbourne who are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants for the new academic year. These opportunities offer the chance to make a real difference to pupils' learning and development while becoming a valued member of a school team.

This role would suit experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, or individuals with relevant experience working with children who are looking to build a career within education.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning and development.

• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.

• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence.

• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines.

• Working flexibly across different year groups when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

• A positive, patient and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Flexibility and willingness to support across different classes and age groups.

• A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
