We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a highly regarded school in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with complex SEN.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies.
• Encourage the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals where appropriate.
