We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to different school environments, and is committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

The Role

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.

• Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.

• Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate.

• Working in a variety of primary schools on both supply and long-term assignments.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with primary-aged children is essential.

• Previous experience in a primary school setting is highly desirable.

• SEN experience is beneficial but not essential.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different school settings and year groups.

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• The ability to travel to schools across Lydd and the surrounding areas.
