Salary: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Work with individuals, small groups and whole classes to help pupils reach their full potential.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in learning.
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children with a range of learning needs where required.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents to promote positive outcomes.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
• Holds a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Is patient, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can adapt confidently to different classrooms and year groups.
• Is reliable, proactive and eager to make a positive contribution to school life.
